On Tuesday 25th January 2022 here at The Skipper.
Our Chefs have been busy crafting the perfect Burns night dinner menu for your enjoyment.
For only £34.95 per person you’ll be able to join us and enjoy a delicious 3 course meal along with a Scottish tablet, and enjoy our live Bagpiper piping in the haggis too! What is there not to love!
• Arrive for 7pm.
• Starters served at 7.30pm.
• Piping in the haggis at 8pm, followed by the rest of your meal.
Delicious 3 course dinner menu
Roasted swede velouté with crispy pumpkin seeds. (v)
Venison tartar with haggis scotch egg and elderberry dressing.
Cannon of Lamb and haggis Wellington, served with neeps and tatties potato cake, skirlie stuffed cabbage and whisky sauce.
Vegetarian haggis, served with neeps and tatties potato cake, skirlie stuffed cabbage and whisky sauce. (v)
Fillet of smoked haddock, chive pomme purée, roasted shallots with a white wine cream sauce.
Chocolate and Whisky cremeux with caramel ice cream and coffee sauce.
Honey and Raspberry mousse with oat crumble.
